Well i fell asleep late. Got up at 5:30am. Watched a show. Did my yoga. Went back to sleep from 8 to 11 am. That is not what I had in mind. But I was awake in bed at 11, and I was awake at 6 am.

2. do yoga every morning
3. Do more Cardio
4. eat less sweets
5. lose 30 pounds in 3 months
6. Clean my room and keep it that way
7. read the whole bible in a year
8. grow out my hair again
9. write again
I did my yoga this morning even though after it was done, I went back to bed. I am just not used to getting up so early.
I used to write all the time as a teen. And now as I put it “my life gets in the way” . I get distracted by my daily responsibility. I want to get back in touch with the creative me again.
