So, since the economy took a turn for the worst my husband has bee on unemployment and I’ve had to be the bread winner. I’m 28, 5’ 5” and weigh 180. I have a job at a call center where I work full time 40 hrs/ wk and I do massage on the side e/o weekend. I have 2 children and really not much time to exercise. I live in Wisconsin where the winters are horrendous and can’t afford a gym membership or indoor exercise equipment. I get winded doing minor things, putting in the laundry down stairs or carrying it up. I walk to work in the summer time, which would be 3 months out of the year. I worry about my health and the weight I gained from my 2nd baby. I do my best to eat healthy, I am an avid water drinker. I’d like to fit into my “skinny” jeans again and not have to worry about having a heart attack at 28. I greatly appreciate your time
