Lost about 4 lbs. since I last wrote about this. Slow and steady wins the race.

This is doable. I’ve done it before. Why have I let it be so difficult now? It’s just a math problem. Why am I not adding and subtracting the way I used to? Work is slowing down. Hopefully this makes time for exercise this week.
