I picked off the difficult one first. Antarctica was the first continent I visited outside of my native North America. Australia was tied in with one of those trips, too. Asia was my fouth continent, two years living in Japan. Europe came next, several stops over the years. Africa became number six when I visited Egypt a few years ago. There are several trips to Africa that still need to be taken. The last continent will be South America, but it may be a while before that is convenient. since I’m living on the other side of the planet now.

How I did it: The thing that made the difference for me was Groundctrl's advice to think about and correct my posture for 20 seconds. Before that, I would correct for a few seconds, but then forget. Continuing to think and correct for 20 seconds at a time was long enough to really feel the difference. After just a week of that, now when I slump I feel crunched. I'm holding myself up without thinking about it. Thanks for… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was feeling lost, and realized that I had gotten far enough into my old 5 year plan that it wasn't working anymore. I worked out what I wanted for myself in several different categories, then broke it down into 1 month, 2 month, 6 month, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, and 5 year goals. I'm feeling clearer, even if I change my goals along the way. Read how I did it…

I am doing this, and it is helping clear my head as well as my apartment. I’ll mark it as done when my mind is clear enough that I can make time to draw and paint on a regular basis again.
Eating more meat, taking iron regularly… seems like things are under control.
