How I did it: I used Fertility Friend (a website that was suggested by a fellow 43 Things user) and it worked like a charm. I stopped using my BC on May 28th and was pregnant by the beginning of July. I know that people always say you should let pregnancy happen "naturally" and that if you actively try to get pregnant it won't happen... but planning worked for us!! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I applied to over 100 jobs in the past 6 months and to be honest with you I was really getting sick of looking. Since I have a background in public health and conservation biology I applied to zoo, university, NGO, environmental, city, province, and federal positions. Finally the perfect position in research management has come through for me!!!! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just posted my car online and waited until I got a qualified buyer. The first person's credit was rejected by GMAC so I was a bit nervous that I would never find someone. But I finally did!!!! Read how I did it…

Mr. Wonderful surprised me with a trip to Chateau Lake Louise to celebrate our first year as husband and wife. It was breath-taking and I loved every minute of it!
I am so happy to finally be building a life with my baby, and I’m definitely still falling in love with him!
On March 24th I cut off the remaining 3 inches of my relaxed hair. Now my hair is 100% natural hair and I love it!!! Even better, Mr. Wonderful absolutely adores my little teeny weeny afro. YIPPY!!
