When I was in high school, my hair was about waist length. Then I went through an “I love hair dye” phase. After some really pretty colors, I shaved it all off.
Now I’m starting from scratch.
No parabens in my shampoo, no trims (just dusting) once it gets long enough, washing it only a couple times a week instead of every day, combing it out regularly. This time, I’m going to do it right. So what if right now it’s only two inches long? I’m getting my two feet of hair back.

My roommate told me, “the best thing you could get me for Christmas would be to donate blood.”
I’m petrified of needles.
I’ve been making myself watch people get shots in movies, and so on, but it still makes me deeply uncomfortable. Nonetheless, next time my roommate is eligible, we’re going to go donate blood together. Here’s hoping I can make it through! If I can do that, then I think I’ll have beat this goal.

Getting up early every day has really helped me with this goal. I’ve had insomnia this past week, but otherwise I’ve gotten at least eight hours every night for the past two months. It’s been wonderful.
My suggestions: GET UP EARLY. And go to bed when you’re tired. Sooner or later, your body will figure out that your wake up time doesn’t change but your sleep time can, and if you listen to it, you can make sure that you get as much sleep as your body needs every night.
