With our new Canon PowerShot A710 and a 1GB SD card we are taking lots more photos and uploading them to Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/mspecht/). Most are not very good but at least we are taking more.
Signed up for a Flickr pro account and now uploading photos. Still have to get sorting the physical photos and scan them onto the computer
Now that summer is here and I have my equipment I have been windsurfing 2 – 3 times a week
In the last 5 months I have lost about 9-10kg (depending on the day) and I feel great! Really want to stabilize at around 68-69kg
Now I walk between the floors in our building, I even went for a 30min bike ride yesterday after 5 hours at the Melbourne Show!
The biggest issue I have found is keeping the discipline to the Weekly Review. One thing I am trying it to join up the Productivity Buddy system being run over at The Podcast Network (http://www.thepodcastnetwork.com).
I am starting to do this, lost about 5kgs in the last month. Not eating take aways for lunch is really helping.
Read the book a while back and now I am in the process of implemtation. I am also listening to The Podcast Network Personal Productivity show for help and support.
Looks like I will have to wait to do this as it is delayed while the guys get The Podcast Network going.
I am in the process of trying to do this, 6 weeks in and things are looking good.
To take the time to really understand the world and reflect on what is happening around me. For more info see http://myhrblog.blogspot.com/2005/01/live-slowly.html or http://www.edge.org/q2005/q05_5.html#dysone
