Same as yesterday. Overate, felt bloated, REALLY looking forward to getting back into working out properly. Did some weights so I didn’t go completely cuckoo.

Didn’t walk at all today because I overate and felt bloated, missed my yoga class too. Starting to get cranky if I don’t work out.
