How I did it: I got hooked on the fast pace of the show and the interaction between the characters. Last week I had a bust measurement of 127cm – my goal is 91. Week 2 I’m at…132. Bugger. All I want is to be skinny, because then I’ll be beautiful and then people will like me.
When I started last week, I weighed 85.6 kilos. This week…84.8 kilos, meaning I’ve lost 800 grams! It’s such a small amount, but I feel on top of the freaking world!
I’m finding it hard to meet my calorie goals, so I just don’t eat, and then I’m hungry, and then I’ll try to eat whatever’s not nailed down…but if I don’t eat, I lose weight. What to do, what to do?
But that still means I’ve only got 21.8 kilos left to lose. Well, hell.
