I can’t believe it but I actually manned the grill today. Now, to be clear about this, I’ve never been particularly fond of cooking over and open flame in JULY in the SOUTH. Talk about hot… And I’m a vegetarian so needless to say, I DO NOT like to touch or cook or handle in any way raw dead flesh. But, my Father wanted grilled salmon and my brother would not agree to man the grill and someone had to do it so I took the bull by the horns and did. It meant, of course, having to touch meat and bring myself near death with a heat stroke outside but I did it. Miracles happen. And, happily, I didn’t have said stroke and I didn’t burn the house down. So, all is well and I’m happy to say that I did it, even though I’m not keen to do it again. :)
There are so many benefits of drinking fresh juice everyday. The ones that I have noticed the most are:
1. Yummy and unique combos
2. Cut out my coffee addiction because of fresh juice
3. More energy
I got a Breville JE900 and I love it. I juice everything I can get my hands on: apple, canteloupe, parsley, beets, carrots, jicama, ginger, kale, spinach, lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, grapes, the list goes on.
I never want to be without my juicer again. You WILL NOT regret this investment!
