Wow… well… haha… according to my last entry, I didn’t really seem to think it would happen…

BUT I DID IT!!!!!! WHOOOOOO!!!

I think it took 3-4 tries, but yeah, it’s totally possible to learn at age 20!!!

I owe it all to my dear friend… THANKYOU for taking the time to help me… I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it… it’s an experience I will NEVER forget… and thankyou for being a part of my life. :)

My favorite actor. No doubt. Nobody else comes close. Johnny rocks. He rocks my socks. End of story.

Well, not quite…

He is just sooooo amazing in the way that he can change himself so convincingly each and every time!!! The way he looks, the way he talks, the way he moves…. he does it all!!! I can’t think of any other actor that does it half as good as him!!!

Today I saw a poster for Sweeney Todd (which is now hanging on my wall) and it made my day!!!

Actually, I saw it several times; first it was on the ground on campus and I was like, oh, cool, but I don’t want to pick it up…who knows where it’s been? And then I saw another one in the dining commens, just lying on a table!! I took that as a sign, and I couldn’t just let it go again…

But then I realized that the posters were inside the school newspapers, and there were plenty for me to choose from…ehh.. so it wasn’t divine intervention, dang it!! Well, it was still awesome!!! I slipped an extra under some friends’ door, and eventually they figured out it was me!!!

Ohhhhh and then I watched the trailer!!! Johnny is going to sing!!! (sort of) I can’t believe it!!! I want to see this so bad!! Tim Burton directing? Johnny Depp starring? Holy crap it’s almost too perfect!!! Their movies are truly fascinating to watch, and I can already tell that this one is gonna be fantastic!! All the supporting actors look good too!! This film is just.. ahhhhh… made for me!!! Thankyou!!

The Piano is not my favorite movie, (I don’t really have one), but I do love this particular piece from it. I’d heard it for years before discovering what it’s from, and then I simply had to see the film and hear the rest of the soundtrack. And consequently, get the sheet music in order to make my own attempt.

I started learning this during the summer, and I got through the first three pages. There are six pages in all.

Now that school has started, I have currently progressed to the next two lines, but it’s not completely memorized, nor are the hands together.

Ugh.

I need to make a bigger effort with this, because I feel like I can accomplish this before school gets out… I just need to find the time… or maybe make the time is more like it….
