I started training about a week ago. I didn’t have to wait until January like I thought I might have to. I’m really psyched! So
glad I made the decision to do this.

How I did it: I thought about it for a long while. At first, I could not justify spending the money on something that was not a necessity. The desire to hire a trainer persisted, but I kept squelching it. One day while reading a local paper, that I usually toss in the trash without reading, I came across an ad for a personal trainer. I picked up an application yesterday and tomorrow I speak with an
adviser. Hopefully I’ll be attending classes in the Spring semester.
Hired a personal trainer, did an assessment-weight, body fat, heart rate, etc.. Reviewed my workout, scheduled six weeks of training
sessions. I was really psyched, then I got a new job and my work
and trainings schedules conflicted. Won’t be able to start up again
until January, then my school schedule might conflict with my training schedule. I hope not. I could always hire a different trainer but,
this trainer was cool. I felt comfortable with her, the surroundings,
her methods, and her knowledge.
