I'm doing 32 things
I’ve been bartending part-time and/or full-time for 10 1/2 years. After getting my master’s degree, and getting a “real job” five years ago, I realized I hate working in an office. I want to be the boss of my own small business, and I know I could be successful at owning a bar because I’ve successfully managed one before. My goal is to work my way up the corporate ladder for 5 1/2 more years. Then, I’ll announce on my 40th birthday that I am quitting the rat race and focusing on the merits of beer mugs versus pilsner glasses and Johnny Cash versus Jimmy Buffet on the jukebox.
It looks like I’ve done this, but that’s just because it was my first entry and I didn’t know how to use the program. I haven’t done this!
