I’m doing much better. I just made my mind up that I don’t need to look at people’s profiles. Ok, and I also deleted people from my newsfeed. Now, I get newsfeeds from family and pages I am a fan of. My next step is to designate certain days of the week facebook days. Maybe twice per week. I hope I don’t regress.

I actually had mixed feelings meeting my family, as I never felt the need to get to know them… Read how I did it…

I’m addicted to sugar, but lately candy has been making me feel sick. I already cut out soda, so I guess I already made some progress. Although I think Stevia extract makes wonderful lemonade, I think it will take some time to get past cookies, ice cream and pastries! :-)
