hey everyone! it’s been FOREVER since i’ve been on here. i hope everyone is doing well. i’ve been doing pretty alright i think..i joined spark people which helps bc you can track your calories (both food intake & exercise cals burned) & there are lots & lots of exercise/motivation/nutrition articles. i lost 4.5 pounds last week, but i think i might have put some of it on over the weekend…i’m not sure. i’ve been bloated too, so that probably has something to do with it. i plan to weigh back in tomorrow morning…so wish me luck!

today: i had just under 1000 calories, which i think is good. don’t wanna cut it too low too quickly. also did 45 min to an hour of cardio. today for my health class we had to do the skin fold lab to find out what our percent body fat was. i have like 27%...which falls into the normal range for girls. so i guess it’s good to know i’m not obese…but still i could afford to be lower. workin’ on my 3rd liter or water right now! so yeah…i guess i should get back to homework. bleeeh. much ♥...hope everyone’s doing great!
today definitely got better than it was this morning. i went to class & then took a long nap & i felt so much better. i ate pretty healthily too..
breakfast: nada…some water i guess
lunch: salad & a little yogurt w/granola
dinner: ham sandwich, carrot sticks, & like…1/3 c. of cottage cheese
all in all i think that’s pretty dece. i was proud of myself, bc instead of using the super fattening ranch dressing that i usually use on my salad i used red wine vinegar. i’ve also had about 3.5 liters of water today. and i ran! sooo…yay! hopefully tomorrow can be just as amazing.
