Stop comparing myself to other people
EFT worked for me 2 years ago

Go to emofree.com and check out what it has to say. You may feel sort of silly doing the technique, but IT WORKS. I’ve worked out so many problems in the last week that it almost scares me. LIFE LONG PROBLEMS. Some people may believe that its impossible to get rid of negative thoughts or emotions that fast, but I’m living proof that these changes can happen.

It all depends where your head is at. I fully believed these changes were possible. If you don’t believe you can do it, you are right. If you believe you can, your right. I’ve never felt so free.

meditate for an entire day
Untitled 2 years ago

On thanksgiving day, I meditated all day, just counting my blessings over and over again, from sun up to sun down. Was it worth it? I’m afraid not. It didn’t alter anything that I’m aware of. I was just very, very calm and sedated for the entire day. I think two twenty minute sessions should work fine for a daily routine, and that day, I could have gotten away with maybe four hours and gotten the same results.

Its all about anticip…...............ation. Its the journey that counts, not the destination.
