Once I moved on my own and did not have cable it was super easy to not watch a lot of tv. I found other ways to fill my time like making a blog or working on some art (or whatever your passion is). I would say it was worth it and to be honest, I don’t really miss it that much but I do still watch the occasional 30 Rock and Glee.

I never thought I would be able to say that I climbed a mountain but I did! I know it wasn’t the biggest or the toughest one but you need to start somewhere…right! So, the one that we tackled was the South Sister in Oregon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Sisters_%28Oregon%29) one of the Three Sister mountains. It was a great challenge and probably one of the hardest hikes I’ve ever done but would like to try and top it or do it again. I’m planning on being out west in Aug. and would love suggestions of other mountains to try (probably for beginners nothing too extreme yet).
Thanks
