Between a few big gifts and Christine taking a couple rolls off my hands I’m down to 4 rolls! OK, big rolls with lots of paper but a lot better than the dozen I started with. And, I’m out of gift bags so that’s helping things along, too.

How I did it: I sat down and answered the e-mails in my inbox. There was no secret trick to it, I just decided to do it one day and did it. It was so unbelievably satisfying for about 30 minutes before the replies started coming in. E-mails are conversations and just because the ball wasn't in my court in any of my conversations didn't mean they weren't on my mind. And why would I want to be done with the conversations anyway? How I did it: I asked my sister where she got certified and she said the local fire department. I went in one day and registered. Unfortunately the next available day for CPR & First Aid was months away. The class itself was simple, efficient and got me certified. The instructors were friendly and easy on the eyes. I joined crochetville just for the 2009 snowflake crochet-a-long. We’ll see how long I make it. But wouldn’t it be wonderful to go into Christmas next year with 50 snowflakes ready for gifting?
