First let me say that it’s Helium not “hellium”. That being said, let me pat myself on the back for posting 1 of 5 this morning before going out into the world.
I checked on my first article and it had moved up to #2 of 11 articles. I was very proud of myself. I remain happy with myself even after reading some not so complimentary things about Helium.
Writing the article helped me get over my fear of having my writing being judged not-perfect. It helped me admit some other things about my process as well. I’m a very slow writer. I rework every phase.
anyway, one down (or rather up) and four to go.

My dog’s name is M.A.G. (Magnificent Animal Girl). She insists that I walk her every morning before I have my coffee. I’d rather have my coffee first and then sit on the porch and read for an hour.
We’ve been walking almost daily for more than 3 months. We’ve done this walking thing before for shorter periods and it didn’t work for various reasons. This time though it’s the specificity that helps; first thing in the morning, 1 mile, a dedicated route, it’s all about her, exercise for me has nothing to do with it, if she stops to smell something for 10 minutes then I just stand there. She’s walking me. Enjoy & release the need to lead :-0
