This is a very hard goal to complete. Worrying about what others think is so deeply engrained in me that it will take a huge effort to change. I think firstly it’s important to recognise actions I take or don’t take that are affected by what other people might think or say and THEN try to modify them next time around. Just got to keep chipping away.

1. Seeing my baby smile
2. Eating a lovely meal prepared by my partner
3. Eating a lovely meal with my partner prepared by myself!
4. Walking through the park in the rain, pushing my baby in her buggy.
5. Losing myself while playing the piano
6. Recieving a parcel in the post
7. Making our house into a real family home
8. Crawling into a gorgeous bed after a long day
9. Seeing my baby get excited at the prospect of reading books
10. A stress free Sunday. Partner, baby, comfy settee, food, wine, music, talking and fun
11. Waking up to my baby – she is always happy in the morning.
12. Walking in the bracing wind
13. Getting up close to squirrels or birds in our garden
14. An unusual sight in our garden, like a fox, dove or hedgehog.
15. Cheese and crackers.
16. Meaningful hugs
17. Family get togethers, for example bonfire night.
18. Scouring charity shops for clothes and glasswear.
19. A hot aromatherapy bath.
20. Wading in the sea on holiday.
21. Watching Lost on TV.
22. Watching an intelligent film
23. Discovering a great book in a secondhand shop
24. Simplicity in terms of possessions.
