with school and winter coming on, I’ve hit a bit of a plateau.. gone up & down in the lower 160s, but my sister bought the new wii fit plus, and that helped boost my motivation.. 160.9 today, hopefully I’ll lose a lb this week so I can be out of the 160s by november!

woo hoo I’ve lost enough weight so I can run again wihtout getting horrible shin splints! I’ve had a little run 4 days this week and the pounds have been coming off fast.. I’ve been eating a bit more to balance it out—don’t want to lose too fast!

i was at 168.7 this morning! That means I’m no longer in the obese BMI range :D now onwards to my next goal of 153, the national (canadian) average weight for women. About 16 lbs to go.
