How I did it: I was incredibly fortunate to have two opportunities to travel to Europe, when I was 14 and 16. I visited Croatia, Bosnia, Italy, France and Switzerland.It was just incredible being exposed to these different cultures and experiences. The landscape, art and architecture are beautiful. How I did it: I have always been strange around food, since I was young, as well as generally fearful, obsessive and anxious. This led to me developing various eating disorders, anxiety disorders, chronic procrastination and major depression. The past couple of months I've done a lot of thinking.
