I forgot about this website and its been fantastic to revisit it today and check out the different goals I’ve set myself. So, I got onto my PGCE course and now have 5 weeks left before I can then go out into the world and teach in a classroom by myself – scary!
Its been an intense journey and I’ve wanted to give it up many times but as I reach the last leg of the course I’m feeling more focused and want to get it all together. I now need to get myself a job so I can get my NQT year out of the way and then I’m set.

My iPod is the best thing I have ever bought. It took a while to get my head around the idea of carrying around my entire music collection in my pocket and initially I would only listen to a few choice albums but now its the first thing I check for before learning the house!

Well, it’s been a while since I logged into this site but! BIG NEWS! I applied for teacher training this year, have attended an interview and been offered a conditional offer to start in September – just waiting to get my CRB check and away I go…
Have left my job, started packing, ordering books and generally getting my head around the idea.
