it came so unexpectedly

I was planning to wait, but I had pretty much turned the promise into a hope. I had heard that it would hurt so badly. He promised that he’d make it a good experience. Caught up in the moment, I gave in. It didn’t hurt; it felt amazing. That was a few days ago. I don’t really regret it. I suppose I’ll just have to wait and see if my feelings change…
