I bought a new trumpet and it is fantastic, though (if I had the money, which sadly, I probably never will have) I would love to keep buying new brass instruments – sheer joy!! :)

Jazz is cool

It’s a personal ambition of mine to form my own big band/swing band/jazz band as I just love this sort of music. I’ve played in several jazz bands and big bands (as a trumpeter) over the years and even formed my own jazz trio (where I played paino and I composed all the music for us to play). But now I’d love to, at some point in my life, form my own jazz ensemble of arround 20 players which I could conduct, play piano in and compose and arrange music for.
