My freshman year my school had a trip to Europe over Spring break and a lot of my friends went, but of course I did not. Everyone that went had a super blast, I’m so jealous… So I want to go abroad and have a blast of my own…

if I could apply to join the Peace Corps tomorrow I would totally do it in a second. The only reason I haven’t is because of the whole having to go to college first and such. I first got interested when my really amazing quirky science teacher talked to us about the Peace Corps. She had so many good things to say about her experiences and since then I just can’t wait until it’s my time to help and give back to the world. =]

My freshman year in highschool we held a benefit concert with a local band Souls Harbor and raised like $500 do donate to Darfur…yea its not a lot, but any thing can help at least a little bit
