I don’t know, part of me wonders if this goal doesn’t fall into the dreaded, “Doing because I THINK I should be” category for me. I’ve tried this endless times, it’s almost as corrosive as “dieting” to my soul.
Why is it so painful to create a budget? Probably because it forces you to face the reality of your spending habits.
