I have been burning 500 calories a day for the past few days and doing abs/weights…but I havent lost a single pound. Somebody made a comment that I look slimmer and my fiance said I looked more toned…I know the whole muscle weighs more than fat and that may be the reason I am not seeing my weight go down on scale but still looking more toned. I am vein though…and I so badly want to see the weight on the scale go down! uggg…
Anyway, the good thing is I am enjoying my workouts and actually like going to the gym now. The first 300 calories are hard to burn but past that I just want to keep going and dont want to stop.
Yesterday, was a bad day for me as far as food consumption goes. I had a team holiday lunch and lots of errands in the evening so I had to eat out.
Breakfast: smoothie – 300 calories
Lunch: stir fry from big bowl – 800 calories?
Dinner: half a bowl of chipotle. (no sour cream, no cheese)-I just went on their website and built the bowl that I ate and it says 600 calories. I ate half of it, but I am going to say 400 calories anyways.
And coke uggg…1.5 glass 250 calories.
I also burned 500 calories at the gym
Net: 1250 calories.
Breakfast: chex mix 210 calories
Lunch: salad, half a wrap with grilled veggies, bag of chips: 650 calories
diet coke: 0 calories
Going to work out again today and burn 500 calories plus weights!.
