Day 10 & 11

I have been burning 500 calories a day for the past few days and doing abs/weights…but I havent lost a single pound. Somebody made a comment that I look slimmer and my fiance said I looked more toned…I know the whole muscle weighs more than fat and that may be the reason I am not seeing my weight go down on scale but still looking more toned. I am vein though…and I so badly want to see the weight on the scale go down! uggg…

Anyway, the good thing is I am enjoying my workouts and actually like going to the gym now. The first 300 calories are hard to burn but past that I just want to keep going and dont want to stop.

Yesterday, was a bad day for me as far as food consumption goes. I had a team holiday lunch and lots of errands in the evening so I had to eat out.

Breakfast: smoothie – 300 calories
Lunch: stir fry from big bowl – 800 calories?
Dinner: half a bowl of chipotle. (no sour cream, no cheese)-I just went on their website and built the bowl that I ate and it says 600 calories. I ate half of it, but I am going to say 400 calories anyways.
And coke uggg…1.5 glass 250 calories.
I also burned 500 calories at the gym

Net: 1250 calories.

Today:
Breakfast: chex mix 210 calories
Lunch: salad, half a wrap with grilled veggies, bag of chips: 650 calories
diet coke: 0 calories

Going to work out again today and burn 500 calories plus weights!.

Day 5

Breakfast: tea with sugar (100 calories)
Lunch: thai food-700 calories

At the gym I am going to go easy on weights today. Going to focus on cardio today. Planning to burn 500 calories and do abs!

I am beginning to enjoy going to the gym now…in fact, I am bailing out of a party because it would mean I would have to miss gym.

Update:
Snack-half container of greek yogurt (50 calories)
some pita slices with humus: 300 calories
Burned 500 calories at gym

Dinner: 400 calories

Net calories-1050.

I am doing well so far on the total calorie intake. The only thing I still need to work on is consuming majority of my calories in the day time rather than in evening.

Day 4

Day 4:
I had a bagel with creamcheese for breakfast! I seem to gravitate towards bagels in the morning. I really need to think of appetizing and healthy breakfast options.

Bagel and cream cheese from panera bread: 500 calories
Lunch: indian food: 500 calories
Calories burned at gym: 400
Dinner: rice with veggies: 500 calories

Net calories: 1100
