Passed theory for the second time in 5 years yesterday! Booked practical, earliest date is August but really hoping for an earlier cancellation, like in July :)

I could have sat my theory today but I chose to spend the afternoon drinking cocktails instead, as you do. I now have to wait until the 25th but that’s cool. It is all feeling a lot more urgent now as my DI is insistent that I should have a practical test date by now – yes, he thinks I am ready. I think 6 more lessons will only aid my confidence, and of course, enhance my driving ability. Why so presciptive you may wonder, well that would be because I had 30hrs in mind and that would hit the mark.
This is so close I can smell it and fully expect to have license in hand by August, as long as I can get a test date that is! South London is notorious for long waiting times but I will just keep an eye on cancellations regardless.
So, yes, another goal looks close to being accomplished. I may have had it on my list for close to 3 years but that is neither here or there, the important thing to bear in mind is that all things come to pass in their own time!
p.s I am torn between an A3 or a MX-5…
