Compiling info to make my case as to why 1} I should receive advanced software training, and 2} why I deserve to replace my listless boss if she in fact leaves, as she keeps threatening…
Feeling motivated to stake my claim.

practice (read all 2 entries…)
Why oh why oh why 4 months ago

...is this the hardest thing to motivate myself to do alone? I’m completely focused at band practice, but at home, sans cracking whips, I have total A.D.D.

push myself harder (read all 5 entries…)
Trying to focus on this again, seems to be working 4 months ago

Fewer classes with harder work seems just as effective, if not more. Finding that the balance of more sleep, allowance for rest days, and then hardcore pushing in class is yielding good results. I’m actually at my lowest weight (ending in 2 or 3) in awhile and have been maintaining it.
