The greatest thing I have ever done. We were foster parents first. Had a little boy for six months and then his birth father got out of jail. Had another older boy for six weeks until he had to be moved to a treatment facility. The we got our little girl. She was 4 at the time. It was five months before her birth mother’s rights were terminated. Even after that, we were in limbo for a long time. Then, finally, this past December, on her sixth birthday, we finalized and now we are a forever family.

Week Two – definately some progress. Sadly, the nails on my right hand aren’t growing nearly as quickly.
