Is everyone else actually able to do this? I kind of like the lemon stuff. I don’t mind the senna tea. But I was only able to finish maybe 8oz of the SWF. Will it totally screw up my progress?

Doing this alone? Day 1 2 years ago

So I’ve been saying I would Master Cleanse for like the last year or so. I finally put it into my schedule and today is day 1. A friend was supposed to do it with me and then chickened out at the last minute. So I’m going to be here for support instead I think. And I had a date last night, and now he wants to see me again, and of course I’m not going to be able to eat for a long long time. This will be fun to explain.

So yay me. I’m on Day 1. I’m planning to go 10 days, if I’m still strong I’ll change it to 21 days, and if I’m still strong then I’ll go for the full 40 days.

I’m leaving for the Yucatan in 42 days. Lots of hiking, snorkeling (in a bathing suit lol), and walking. Hopefully I’ll be in the best shape of my life.

Anyone have advice for exercise while on the MC? Like wait till day 5 to push myself or anything special?
