i just read something about journal writing as an effective means of therapy. that article says that when journaling about negative emotions it’s really important to not only record those emotions but also to think through them – to analyze and really challenge yourself to understand why you’re feeling these emotions, and also to write about events or actions that counteract these negative emotions. tough, but i’ve found it to be really helpful in getting through hard times. check out the article if you’d like: http://www.beliefnet.com/healthandhealing/getcontent.aspx?cid=14217&WT.mc_id=NL44
best of luck.

it took me a while but i was determined. start out by holding one eyebrow down and raising them both. look in the mirror and try to isolate your facial movements. you’ve just got to train the muscle to do it. eventually it will come. and it will be great.
best of luck!

i finally got a membership at the gym and have gone almost every single day for the past 2 weeks. i have to admit i feel good for the rest of the day – it’s worth getting up early to get in that hour workout.
good luck to everyone else! (and to me: here’s hoping i keep it up)
