My goal is to NOT loose weight. But to GAIN weight. But, I shouldn’t ignore a healthy diet.
I want to exercise at least 1 hour a day.
And eat those healthy things (: lol.
It’s okay to go to McDonalds, but I shouldn’t forget about a healthy meal.
I’m going to start by eating more fruits.
I don’t want to drastically put on weight. But, my goal is to get to 113 lbs by August 2011.
Right now, I’m 5’3, 100 lbs.
It’s hard for me to gain weight because I have a really fast metabolism. And I eat, and eat, and eat. But, it’s not enough.
I guess eat more calories.
