Filters are useful for more than keeping your emails organized. I’ve been using them to separate out emails I don’t care about. Sure I’ve unsubscribed from those email lists but old emails are still hanging around. Elimited hundreds that way.

I went 5 days this past week. Woohoo! Yesterday though, I didn’t have enough energy to complete my planned workout. I think I either need to cut back or eat more (yay for that).

Does anyone else feel more tired when ramping up their exercise? The plus side is I’m sleeping better. The negative side is I need to sleep more and who has time for that?

I’ve wanted to complete the list for a long time and have been slowly chipping away at it. It’s time for a big push. I swear I’ll finish this by summer’s end.

I’m going to watch movies on both list. 77 left.
