Today is my second day as a non-smoker or ex-smoker and I read a great book about quitting that has been making the process easier for me and getting me to think more about the long term than I had before called Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking, a friend of mine quit smoking and swears by it so I thought that I should read it and give it a whirl. It’s been a life saver today, I have it on my desk at work and have been referencing it when I need a reminder of why I am quitting.
I have saved $10 thus far.

I have been a part of audience for The View, Caroline Rhea, and Live with Regis and Kelly. It’s always a little annoying, laughing harder than you actually would, but they offer great gifts for the audience and I got to see some great guests.
