I´ve been following a running program for almost 6 weeks now, and I have 5 weeks left to finnish my goal: 10 kilometers!
Tueasday August 4th I´ll be running 5k, so I´m pretty excited about my progres…

I’m kind of doing this already but not enought. I just discovered herbal tofu and it’s really good with mustard, believe it or not… :) I want eat more tofu to get more protein in my diet.

Yap, this is something I should have finished a long time ago, but still it waits… I started it but never finished… My internship ended in May so it really is time to do this. But I always find excuses…
