How I did it: Bought it from the store, put it in my salad almost daily, and ate it! As simple as that!I´ve just started following this running program for beginners, and I´m also losing weight, so I need all the protein I can get. I eat meat, chicken, fish and everything, but it's so easy just eat carbs too much and forget about proteins. Especially now that I´m cutting size of my portions, I tend to eat very small pieces of chicken in my salads. Now … Read how I did it…
I’m kind of doing this already but not enought. I just discovered herbal tofu and it’s really good with mustard, believe it or not… :) I want eat more tofu to get more protein in my diet.
Yap, this is something I should have finished a long time ago, but still it waits… I started it but never finished… My internship ended in May so it really is time to do this. But I always find excuses…
