I'm Loving the GYM! 2 years ago

well it has been at least going on 3 1/2 weeks since I joined the gym and I have been going 5 days a week at night when I get off work. I work out between 30 minutes to an hour every night. I switch up the machines that I workout on so I dont get bored with it and I have found it to be an awesome experience and I feel great after I work out every night!

ever since I made the decision to take better care of myself. I have found that I have way more energy and I dont feel tired like I used to! and I drink nothing but WATER WATER WATER and I just all around feel great!!!!

okay so curiousity got the better of me this morning so I went to the bathroom and then got on the scales and weighed myself and to my discovery I am now 315.5 I have lost 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I”M SO FREAKING HAPPY!!!! ONWARD AND UPWARD!!!!! NO STOPPING ME NOW!!!!!
