I’ve been trying to learn Turkish since 2004. I actually learned some lost words, but I didn’t put much effort on learning more and to actually be able to write perfectly and coherently in turkish.
I am now typing this here, and I guess it is a goal now.
How am I doing? I have a friend who speaks very good in turkish. I also have a friend and he is turkish. It is hard but I know I’ll make it!... Last night I had my first lesson. I already knew some words like “hello, how are you? what’s you name?” and stuff like that. Yesterday I learned the numbers, from 1 to 10. I didn;t really learned, because today i barely remember, but of course, this won’t take me a day or two. Also, I went straight to the verbs and grammatical forms.
