Here I am 29 on the brink of turning 30 and I have this idea. I am planning on going to cooking school and then proceed to open my own catering company and run it out of my own cafe style restaurant.

BUTTTTT for the time being I want to work with kids. I have 3 and they love to cook as much as I do. I have taught them basics as time permits but there is only one place in town that does kids cooking classes and I feel like I could do so much better. So I am going to test the waters over March Break with 3 classes and see how it goes. If it goes well then I will run camps this summer. I cant wait to see how many students I get..
