lose weight
it takes will power

It is not that hard, it may be a little daunting, but the reality is it just takes a liitle bit of time and a little bit of will power. I was 40 pounds overweight but I just started exercising 1/2 an hour a day everyday and eventually you slim down. If you are seeking instant gratification, losing weight is not for you. It takes at least a couple of months of dedication, but really to stay thin fitness and good eating needs to be a lifestyle.
