I want to do a fast but I want to do it with some guidence otherwise I will not adhere to it or do it right. I am going to the local yoga center to hear a lecture about next week.

I thought of an easier way to do this, I am taking the books I have read and won’t reread to sell to the store Changing Hands bookstore in Tempe.
Upon release of the said read books I will continue with the 6 books next to my bed and replace one after I complete one. I am now reading Siddartha by Herman Hesse.
