How I did it: I recently enrolled in the Academy of Business Leadership Summer Business Institute, and by constantly being around people and constantly sitting through speeches and panels I've learned almost everything I need to know about listening and speaking, and I'm a lot more confident for it. How I did it: You just have to make time now and again to try out a recipe. As a vegetarian, I really love Indian cooking so I started out with some really hard recipes, like mushroom curry and coconut curry from scratch.
