On Thursday my boyfriend and I came to our 1,000 day in our relationship.
Now this number is more than likely a rough estimate. No one knows for sure which day it happened, and with all the times we broke up and got back together, that math would just be so horrid that we agreed to not bother. “Let’s just pick a day”, we said. So we picked a day in April, and celebrate our year anniversary all April vacation. We figure we don’t need to subtract or factor in the times we broke up, because they made our relationship stronger, and we never truly stopped caring about eachother.

After studying the greek theatron for a good hour and memorizing sketches that tured out to be pointless, we fell asleep. Not much is better than finding a person that holds you in their arms, and lets you drift into sleep with them.

I have a background that is very…. varied. And being someone who is englishswedishgermanlebanesenativeamericanirish, I found it hard to delve into them all at the same time. That is why one of my goals is to learn a little bit about the culture of each of these places. One at a time that is.

But I doubt he understands it fully. Partly because I am horrible at verbalizing my feelings. And when I do think of something, it always sounds too mushy or silly or serious to say aloud with a straight face. time to come clean and confess.
