Today's Update: 5 outta 7 ain't bad 5 months ago

1. Wake up on time (stop hitting the Damn snooze button!!)
Check, but I took a 2 hour nap after spin.
2. Exercise 2x per day according to my schedule
Check! Spin in the a.m. and Yoga in the p.m.
3. Do the Fly mission
Not done, I hate cleaning!
4. Stick to my meal plan
Check!
5. Track progress on Spark people
Check!
6. Update 43T everyday
Check
7. Update Blog Everyday.
Not done, but I plan on updating this extensivly at work tomorrow; considering I have such a lame ass sham job at the moment :) but all in all I am just biding my time until school/internship starts up so no complaints there. Thank God for E!

So I am beginning this again officially tomorrow but today I managed to accomplish all but one of these tasks…

1. Wake up on time (stop hitting the Damn snooze button!!)
Done thanks to the workers on my roof banging around :(
2. Exercise 2x per day according to my schedule

3. Do the Fly mission
Not so much :(
4. Stick to my meal plan
Check!
5. Track progress on Spark people
Check!
6. Update 43T everyday

7. Update Blog Everyday.

On my way... 5 months ago

I’ve gotten together a binder full of recipies and have already worked my way through about 5 of them, some are keepers and some are not. I’m going to add tabs to it to make the book easy to navigate. I’m going to add a tab that is for the current week’s recpies too. That will help me make a shopping list and find the right recpie, right away instead of rifling through the junk drawer they used to live in :)
