How I did it: I sat down last night and thought about all the things that had made me happy as well as sad in the past year. Things that made me sad or mad gave me an idea of the things as I want them to be, things which would make me happy. I looked at my family and friends and the times we had shared together, the things I do that bring me joy. Along the way, I realized things that I had not thought about in a long time, remembered people, events, oc… Read how I did it…

- No rain (after days of non-stop rains)
- Ate healthy meals and less junk food than usual
One of the hardest things for me to do is part with any book. Yesterday I took out about 30 books and put them on my bookshelf on PBS and about 10 of them got requested within a few minutes. Maybe not a big thing in itself but a huge change for me. I have started going through my 4000+ books to see what I truly want to keep and what I can live without.
