I’m already very petite, but I have thicker legs due to genetics. They’re not gigantic, they’re just thick with muscle. For years I thought I could never slim them down, but they’ve been getting a little smaller as time goes on.
SO, for the past couple weeks I’ve been having either a bagel, protein shake and banana for breakfast, whole grain pasta for lunch, and a really small dinner of chicken and veggies or something.
This morning was a bowl of Mini Wheats (I could eat worse…) cuz it makes me feel full for longer.
Also every morning, I use these 2.5 LB ankle weights that I can strap on each ankle, and I do 20 leg lifts behind me, and 20 leg lifts laying down, then 30 situps and 20 lunges. MY BUTT HURTS.
So I’m losing my ass… which I don’t want… but I’ll have to research some anti-butt-loss leg workouts… hmmm…
Any suggestions? Haha. I need to work my thighs and calves to trim them down, but I don’t want to lose my booty! HELP! X-D
