I only have until 2-28 to sign up for the hot yoga classes at a discount. Can I commit to this? 5 times a week for a month would do me a world of good and get me on track to finally getting in shape. What is my problem with sticking to something? It’s only a month….to begin….

Got my RX

Got my RX for Chantix and my insurance covers it all but 25.00 for a month. Just have to get it filled and start. I hate that I smoke, so hopefully this will break the psychological bind I have with cigarettes.
Sometimes hard.

I’ve stopped picking up things at mcd’s even if its a fish sandwich or a wrap. I don’t get my lunch from the pizza/sub place next to my work either. I feel better during the day and don’t get that tired feeling. If on the rare occassion we do order out at work I split a grilled chicken sandwich with a co-worker that is watching her weight also.
