Sugar is for me what alcohol is to an alcoholic. I cannot just consume a tiny bit then be satisfied, soon enough I want more and more. I am going to just try to focus on eating healthy sugar i.e., raw fruits and limit my ice cream and chocolate intake for now, then eventually hope to cut it all out.

128.6 this morning! That is surprising considering I ate some ice cream and chocolates last night and didn’t work out at all yesterday. This encourages me to want to do better today. I do have to go to the library to study all day so I am going to try to bring healthy food, because I know if I don’t bring food I will want to go buy junk. I am also going to try to get in some cardio this morning. Wish me luck!

slowly but surely 1 week ago

last time I wrote an entry I was at 135 and feeling bloated. This morning I weighed at 129! I just have 9 more pounds to go.. but those are the hardest. I am just trying to focus on losing it slowly so it will stay off. I find that weighing myself every morning helps because I know if I am slipping up its time to work even harder before it gets out of control. What helped me to lose the couple of pounds was just to really keep track of calories. I was even working out less. I buy frozen amy’s organic and kashi meals and eat those for dinner instead of eating out also, and its been helping.
I have to get through finals this week..but after that I plan to completely focus on getting this last 10 lbs off! Good luck to everyone else.
