Breakfast – Cheese Danish, banana and water
Lunch – apple fritter, banana, water. Then at home a generious bowl of Tuna Noodle casserole. I left my lunch at home today…boo.
Breakfast – Sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Banana. 2 venti size waters.
Lunch – (Denny’s) superbird with avocado. Regular fries. Mixed ketchup and mustard for dipping. 2 cups diet coke.
Dinner – Nothing, ate lunch at 330pm. Did have lots more water.

Lunch – Sabara’s Pizza, side salad and reg. size dr. pepper. Tall iced chai latte.
Dinner – Movie refill cup with diet dr. pepper. hearty bowl of mini spooners with milk.
