Title says it all; would love to meet others who strive to do the same, too.
Peace in all its dimensions – pleas welcomed!
This should be all over the blogsphere by now but if not, get your high horse over to AlterNet: Home to check the above link out. Since my posts here quite some time ago, because of my expressed views in Cops and Harm Reduction Hotties, Oh My!—In These Times asked to contribute to LEAP: Law Enforcement Against Prohibition – Homepage and MAP: The Media Awareness Project, both credible organizations whom are striving to change drug laws. My connection at LEAP is a current law enforcement with more than a decade and a half of current active service. His suggestion; stop filling prisons with ‘pot’ smokers and dealers, change the laws so he and his peers can do some “real police work.” Raucous, yes? Decent. Cool, far out and all the rest of the ‘60’s generation clichés. Bravo my brave officer, proponent of ending the lies and incarcerations because of them.
